Are my tickets refundable?

Tickets are not refundable. Because we reserve your space at the time of payment we’re not able to refund payments. Your non-refundable payments are transferable to future retreats if booked within a 6 month period. Spaces are subject to availability.

Final Payment is due no later than 21 days before departure date.

Is the flight included?

No. The flight is not included with your reservation. Your airport transfers to and from the property are included. Your flight ticket and round trip transfer from Cancun International Airport (CUN) is included.

Is food included?

Yes, wholistic, organic plant based daily meals are included. We will serve breakfast lunch and dinner. You may bring any snacks you want. There is also a refrigerator and cooking space if you’d like to prepare anything yourself.
We may visit restaurants throughout the trip as well that you can purchase from. These meals will not be included with your ticket.

Are pets allowed?

Pets are not allowed out of respect for the property.

What are accommodations like?

We are staying on a beautiful private property cradled between the Riviera and the lush jungles of Akumal. The Space is an off-grid jungle property called Balam-Ha. The property consists of individual homes, villas, and cabanas. Most of the spaces are stunning screened, fresh air jungle style villas and cabins. Check out pictures of the property here.

What is the total cost of the retreat?

The total cost of the retreat is $2,600 and includes all meals, airport transportation, accommodations, massages and retreat classes and experiences

It will be hot, we are in a tropical climate! Rooms are equipped with fans and screened windows to keep us cool. Bring bug spray and personal fans for your comfort.
